Arkwright-Boston Manufacturers Mutual Insurance Company (Arkwright), subrogee of TRW, Incorporated, brought this diversity suit against Great Western Airlines, Inc. (Great Western) seeking recovery of $99,094 Arkwright paid TRW for damage to goods incurred in an airplane crash. The district court granted Great Westerns motion for partial summary judgment. We reverse the judgment and remand for further proceedings.
